Our stadium has a sensory room available on Level 6 which may be suitable for anyone with neurodiversity, cognitive impairment and sensory processing issues such as autism, ADHD, dementia or other neurological conditions. Fans using the sensory room will be able to watch the match from seats in the stadium bowl, located at the very back of the Upper Tier (behind block U2), accessed just across from the room, or will be able to watch the match on the television screen located within the room.

To use the room, you must have an Access Card accessible ticketing account with us, for details of how to apply, click here.
The sensory room is limited to a capacity of five PA Members plus their one carer/parent/guardian (10 people in total as 5 x 2). For balloted England matches, you must apply for the PA ballot when launched, stating on the ballot form that you want to use the room, and normal ballot criteria must be met.
Fans using the room are allowed to bring their own food and drink, in a bag no bigger than A4 size (standard rucksack) and no glass allowed.
To register your interest in the sensory room for non-balloted games, please contact us by clicking on the Submit a Request button which can be found at the bottom of this article.
