How do I apply for an Access Card for Allianz Stadium?
Updated
England Rugby is committed to providing the same level of access for all visitors to the stadium
From 12th February 2025, we are happy to announce that we will be using the Nimbus Disability Access Card for registration of new and existing fans, who require accessible seating.
Any customers requiring accessible seating for wheelchair, ambulant or sensory room access will need to obtain their tickets online via their Access Card (previously called a Personal Assistant) account. For more information on our Access registration scheme, please read the rest of the FAQs in this section.
To register, please complete the online application form with Nimbus Disabilityhere Your data will be processed by Nimbus Disability and Allianz Stadium will not see or store your information, other than that required for you to hold a ticketing account and to communicate with you on accessible ticketing information.
There are two options for you to choose from: a free card that only applies to Allianz Stadium, or a paid card that applies to all participating venues.
Already registered with the Personal Assistant Scheme?
Existing members of our Personal Assistant (PA) scheme will be emailed on February 12th 2025, with details of how to apply for the Access Card. This will need to be done by 15th March in order to continue to book tickets and apply for balloted* matches (*other criteria will also apply, as usual).
Please note: any new account we create for an Access Card holder will need it's own unique email address, so please provide one when you apply, as you cannot have more than one account listed against the same email address on the England Rugby ticketing system. If you had a Personal Assistant account with us previously, please use the same email address you used for that.
You will need to submit your application to Nimbus Disability using the link above and if your application is successful you will be sent an email with an Access Card ID number. We will use that number to create your Access account (or update any existing PA accounts). This account will be used online, to buy suitable accessible seating for matches, subject to availability/balloted games.
Exchanging Stadium Tickets for Accessible Seats
If you have already purchased tickets or been allocated tickets that are unsuitable for your access requirements, we will try to exchange these for a more suitable area. We cannot guarantee any exchanges will be available, therefore we do advise you apply directly through the RFU if you have any specific requirements. If you are not the original purchaser of the tickets you wish to exchange, please have them contact us to see if the exchange is possible.
Customers who are unable to climb stairs but are not registered with Nimbus Disability Access card, or who do not want to sit in pitch side accessible seating areas should look to purchase lower tier seats in rows 4-15.
