                      International tickets


                      It is against the Ticketing Terms and Conditions to list international rugby tickets on resale sites.  Tickets that can no longer be used by the original purchaser can be returned in line with the following: 


                      Ticket Exchange


                      For England men's home matches in the Guinness Six Nations 2024 that you can no longer use and wish to place your ticket(s) on the Ticket Exchange, please see the table below for the dates specific to each of the 2 home games in terms of posting on the Exchange.


                      Please log in to your account at www.englandrugby.com/tickets 


                      Once logged in click on Manage Tickets:

                      From here please select the match:


                      Next select the ticket(s) you wish to recycle:

                      Next click on:

                      You will then be asked to review and confirm your order.  You will receive an email to confirm that you have successful posted your ticket(s) on the Ticket Exchange.


                      Withdrawing from resale


                      If you wish to withdraw your ticket(s) that you have posted on the Ticket Exchange you can do so from Manage Tickets and choose the match click on Posted on Ticket Exchange:



                      Select the ticket(s) you wish to withdraw:

                      Once you have successfully withdrawn the ticket you will see:

                      You will also receive an email confirming that the ticket(s) have been removed from the Ticket Exchange and are valid for you to use.


                      Refunds


                      If your ticket(s) resell you will receive an email inviting you to claim your refund.  This is done by clicking on View Account Menu, then Account Management and finally Account Cashback.

                      You are required to enter bank details for a UK account in order for any monies owing to be transferred to you via BACs.  Please note, this can take up to 3 weeks to reach your account.

                      Alternatively, you can leave the credit on your account to spend on future matches.


                      Important time lines - Autumn Nations Series 2024


                      Profit sale: 30 May - 20 June 2024

                      Tickets that you can't use can be posted on the Ticket Exchange for resale at the standard price from 10am Thursday 30 May until 4pm on Thursday 20 June.  The profit will be returned to your eticketing account as a credit.

                      Any tickets posted after 4pm on 20 June will be refunded at face value price only.

                      Japan tickets posted will only be refunded at price paid and only if resold.


                      Guaranteed refund posting from 21 June 2024


                      New Zealand tickets - tickets posted from 10.01pm on Friday 21 June until Wednesday 02 October at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.


                      Australia tickets - tickets posted from 10.01pm on Friday 21 June until Wednesday 09 October at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.


                      South Africa tickets - tickets posted from 10.01pm on Friday 21 June until Wednesday 16 October at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.


                      Refund if resold


                      New Zealand tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 03 October will be refunded at the price paid, only if resold.


                      Australia tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 10 October will be refunded at the price paid, only if resold.


                      South Africa tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 17 October will be refunded at the price paid, only if resold.


                      Tickets will remain available online until the match kicks off and refunds will be made at the price paid, to your eticketing account.


                      Match day returns - tickets can be returned by the original purchaser only  on match days by  posting them on the ticket exchange which remains open until kick off.  If  your tickets have been purchased via a club or Debenture member they will need to post the tickets on your behalf.   Any tickets that remain unsold at KO will be returned to the original purchaser's app.


                      Please note, unsold tickets can be withdrawn from the ticket exchange at any point.

                      Here are the key dates for the England men's Guinness Six Nations 2025:


                      Profit sale 26 September 2024 - 23 October 2024


                      Tickets that you can't use can be posted on the Ticket Exchange for resale at the standard price from Thursday 26 September at 10am until 4pm on Wednesday 23 October.  The refund will be returned to the original purchaser's eticketing account.


                      Please note:

                      • Any tickets originally bought at the junior price category, will only be refunded at the price paid. 
                      • England v Italy tickets will only be refunded if resold, and only at the price paid.


                      Guaranteed refund posting from 24 October 2024


                      France tickets - tickets posted from 11 am on Thursday 24 October until Thursday 9 January 2025 at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.


                      Scotland tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 24 October until Thursday 23 January 2025 at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.


                      Italy tickets - tickets will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Sunday 9 March – KO 3.00pm.


                      Refund if resold


                      France tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Friday 10 January 2025 will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 8 February 2025 - KO 4.45pm 


                      Scotland tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Friday 24 January 2025 will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 22 February 2025 - KO 4.45pm 


                      Italy tickets - tickets will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Sunday 9 March – KO 3.00 pm.

                      Tickets will remain available online until the match kicks off and refunds will be made at the price paid to the original purchaser's eticketing account.

                      Non England Men's International Matches


                      The same RFU Terms and Conditions apply to non England Men's international matches.  Tickets for these matches are only refunded at the discretion of the match promoter and no returns are accepted on match day.


                      Music & Other Events

                      Concerts are covered by the Terms and Conditions of the music promoter and may vary.  We recommend that you visit the artist's website for further information on this and the official resale platforms where applicable.
