Connectivity
Once you receive and view your ticket(s) in your app, the ticket is downloaded onto your device so you don't need connectivity on match day.
Match day ticket issues
The Ticketing Team will be available on match days four hours prior to kick off and will happily assist you with any queries. You can contact us by phone, by using the Submit a Request function or in person at Ticket Office. We are located at the south east corner of the ground, next to the Virgin Gym.
