Movement of tickets

Once the club/CB has received the tickets into their app tickets can be transferred immediately OR whenever you feel comfortable distributing them.  Tickets can be transferred on the day of the match, however we strongly recommend no later than 48 hours before kick off.

How many times can a ticket be forwarded?

A ticket can be transferred multiple times in the same manner as a hard ticket, and we will initially allow the movement of tickets.  The club/CB is responsible for ensuring that its members adheres to the Terms & Conditions of issue, exactly as they would with a paper ticket. We can also monitor and control how many times a tickets is transferred and will intervene if we have concerns, notifying the club in the process.

Can tickets only be transferred via the app?

For those clubs with a large number of tickets per game, we can also provide access to the Ticket Agent Portal, which is accessed online instead of via a mobile, and can make the transfer of large numbers of tickets much easier. Please see the below guide for details and if you are interested, please submit a request below to ask for access to the Agent Portal.

Can I see who the club/CB tickets are transferred to?

Clubs/CBs will not be able to view who their members transfer the tickets on to, however, unlike a hard ticket the RFU can trace all transfers.  If you have any concerns over the finally recipient of any of your tickets we will be happy to investigate and notify you should the ticket be on the secondary market.  We will also continue to monitor secondary market websites and contact any club/CB if tickets are found being resold on the secondary market.
