If you need to edit your name as shown in the app, or the email address you have originally registered with, please do not delete the app. Instead, use the Submit Request link on this page and send us the details via the form and we will make the necessary changes.
PLEASE NOTE, the email address is for app verification and emails regarding your ticket delivery only, it is NOT for the actual delivery of the ticket. Tickets are only sent to app on the mobile number on your account, so please ensure the mobile you install the app on matches that entered on your online ticketing account at the time of purchase. If subsequent to your ticket purchase, you change mobile numbers, please delete the app, reinstall and then register a new account against your new mobile number. Then inform us and we will resend your tickets to the new number.
