Large contact list
If you have a large number of contacts in your mobile you may find that the app times out before it is able to download your contacts resulting in this error message. We are working to resolve this issue, in the meantime you can transfer your tickets by removing access to your contacts and typing the number in manually.
iPhones
To turn off access to your contacts go to:
phone settings/privacy/contacts
From here you have an option for the Allianz Stadium App where you can then turn off access to your contacts. Once you have done so, return to the app and you can transfer the tickets by typing in the mobile number of your guests.
Android phones
To turn off access to your contacts go to:
phone settings/privacy/permissions manager/contacts
From here you have an option for the Allianz Stadium App where you can then deny access to your contacts. Once you have done so, return to the app and you can transfer the tickets by typing in the mobile number of your guests.
