When you reserve your tickets, you will receive an email to confirm the length of time you have to either pay for them or assign them to your members so they can pay for them. For the length of time you can hold a reservation please click here.
To confirm or assign your reservations please click on the person icon:
From the drop down menu please click on Reserved Seats:
To view the booking, find the match and batch of tickets you want to process and click Show Reserved Tickets:
From here you can either assign to member/s or add to basket:

When your Club/CBs enters your details onto the ticketing system, if you do not already have an RFU Ticketing account linked to your email address, you will receive an email inviting you to activate the account now created for you. For details on how to do this please click here
Once a ticket(s) have been assigned to you, you will receive an email asking you to log in and pay. Please note, you will only have 72 hours from the ticket being allocated by your club in which to do so, after this, the ticket will be cancelled. Please follow the link in your email in order to login and pay for your ticket/s.
