Whether it is an individual with accessible needs, a club's junior teams or a school party with minors attending, we are aware that there will be exceptions when a paper ticket is required. While our aim is to become a fully digital ticketing venue, customer service will always be our ultimate priority.
Accessibility tickets
If you require accessible tickets you will need to contact the Ticketing Team in the usual way to arrange for two of your allocation to be in a suitable area. At this point if you can stipulate if your member requires hard tickets.
School & junior parties
For matches where we are able to offer junior party bookings we will make a web form available and, as long as 75% of the group are 15 or under, we will issue the hard tickets.
No smart phone
Ideally, everyone should have their own ticket on their own mobile device, however in the event of someone not having a smart phone one of their companions can hold more than one ticket. If this is not possible we will provide a web form for such requests (all requests will be reviewed on a a case by case basis).
