Transferring a ticket
Open the mobile ticket you want to transfer by tapping on it. The option to Transfer is displayed in the top right corner of the mobile ticket. Tap on this and follow the on screen instructions.
Please try to transfer tickets to those attending the match with you, well in advance of the game itself, as the app system can be very busy the closer we get to the match. Leaving it until the day is not advisable, where possible. You do not need to wait for the QR code to appear before you can transfer a ticket.
Please ask the person you have transferred the ticket to, to check that they have the ticket in their app and can see it, as soon as possible after you have sent it. This way, any issues can be dealt with well in advance of the event, by using the "Submit Request" button on this page.
Receiving a transferred ticket
The person to whom you are transferring the mobile ticket must already have the Twickenham Stadium app. If they do not have the app you can use the Invite Contact option to send them a message asking them to download it, or get them to visit the App Store for their phone, either the Android or Apple version.
Data connection
A data connection is required for a ticket transfer to take place. However, once a mobile ticket has been received within the Twickenham Stadium app, a data connection is not necessary as the ticket will work offline.
