Transferring a ticket
Open the game for the digital ticket you want to transfer and you can see your list of tickets. The option to Transfer is displayed as shown below, simply tap on this.
Once you do this, you will see all your tickets, and you can select the one/s you want to transfer by ticking the box next to it, then click on Next.
This takes you to the next page, where you either select the person you are transferring to, from your list of contacts, or you manually type their mobile number in. Once you have selected the contact/number, select Continue.
You then see this page, showing the ticket/s and the name/number of the person you are sending them to.
Check this is correct, and if happy tick the box and select Next. You will then get a message saying your tickets have been transferred.
Please try to transfer tickets to those attending the match with you, well in advance of the game itself, as the app system can be very busy the closer we get to the match. Leaving it until the day is not advisable, as the mobile signal around Allianz Stadium can be poor on match day.
You do not need to wait for the QR code to appear before you can transfer a ticket.
Please ask the person you have transferred the ticket to, to check that they have the ticket in their app and can see it, as soon as possible after you have sent it. This way, any issues can be dealt with well in advance of the event, by using the "Submit Request" button on this page.
Receiving a transferred ticket
The person to whom you are transferring the mobile ticket must already have the Allianz Stadium app. If they do not have the app you can use the Invite Contact option to send them a message asking them to download it, or get them to visit the App Store for their phone, either the Android or Apple version.
If the person you have transferred the ticket to says they cannot see it, please follow the below steps:
To see the ticket, please can you/they close the app down completely, so it is not running in the background. Then reopen it from where your/their apps are, so they see the logo loading etc. As long as this is done with either wifi or mobile data available, you/they should now see the ticket.
Please also ensure all users have updated the app to the latest version.
