Club/CB payments
You can choose to purchase some or all of the allocation on the club/CB Direct Debit or debit/credit card. Once you have selected and reserved tickets on the website you can click "Add to basket" and then proceed to check out in the usual manner.
The mobile tickets will then be delivered to the app on the mobile number listed against your Club/CB's Ticketing account, for onward transfer to your members/sponsors.
Club/CB VAT receipts
VAT receipts will be provided post Autumn Nations Series 2024 and then Guinness Six Nations 2025 to capture any tickets bought or sold on the ticket exchange. Here is how they will be sent:
- Clubs who used GMF to allocate tickets to their members (who then paid the RFU directly) will see these tickets listed on the emailed VAT receipt only;
- Clubs who used GMF to purchase tickets using club funds will see these tickets listed on both the paper and emailed VAT receipt;
- Clubs who did not use GMF and purchased directly using club funds will see these tickets listed on the paper VAT receipt only.
Member payments
If you choose to allocate the tickets directly to your members you click on "Assign to members" and input their details.
Your members will receive notification that they have a ticket(s) reserved for them and be invited to log in and pay by credit/debit card. There are no additional fees incurred.
