Tickets can be reserved by the club/CB for three weeks. If a club/CB does not confirm or assign their tickets within this time the tickets will be returned to the general club pot. The club/CB's allocation will be reset accordingly and you will be able to re-reserve or confirm new tickets as long as they do so within the purchase window.
All tickets must be paid for, by credit/debit card, or declined within 72 hours of being assigned. As a club/CB you will be able to use the "Allocation Summary" section on eticketing to view the status of your reservations.
If the reservation expires or is declined by the member the tickets return to the general club/CB pot and your allocation will be reset accordingly.
