Club/CB reservations
Tickets can be reserved by the club/CB for three weeks. If a club/CB does not confirm or assign their tickets within this time the tickets will be returned to the general club pot. The club/CB's allocation will be reset accordingly and you will be able to re-reserve or confirm new tickets as long as they do so within the purchase window.
Member reservations
All tickets must be paid for, by credit/debit card, or declined within 72 hours* of being assigned. As a club/CB you will be able to use the "Allocation Summary" section on eticketing to view the status of your reservations.
*We may reduce this window to 48 hours as we get nearer to the date of a game.
If the reservation expires or is declined by the member the tickets return to the general club/CB pot and your allocation will be reset accordingly.
