Don't Risk It!
There are various companies that offer tickets and/or unofficial hospitality packages for matches held at Allianz Stadium, often for a price way over the face value it was originally bought from us.
However, you may not be aware that if you buy tickets or hospitality from a party who is not authorised by the RFU to sell them, you risk being denied entry due to having an invalid/fake ticket or through not receiving a ticket at all. Before you risk buying from a secondary market site, at least check that the seat details they give you are genuine; check the block, row and seat numbers against our view your seat function here.
If the seat info given does not actually correspond to our map, they are likely to be false details!
England Rugby uses digital ticketing via the Allianz Stadium app and does not provide tickets via email or as a PDF. Fake PDF tickets are often used by touts to scam buyers and these tickets will not gain you entry to the stadium, leaving you with a wasted journey and out of pocket.
If you have purchased tickets on the secondary market, we are unable to help you with getting your tickets as we will not know who you have bought them from, so you will have to deal with the seller directly. We can only assist with tickets bought directly from England Rugby.
The RFU takes the issue of secondary market tickets very seriously and is doing everything in its power to curtail the activities of unofficial sales through street touting; unauthorised ticket agencies/corporate hospitality providers; as well as internet sites such as Viagogo, eBay, Stubhub, SeatsNet and Gumtree.
Anyone caught reselling tickets faces serious sanctions, such as tickets being cancelled at no refund and memberships being suspended. You will also be stopped from buying tickets for future games. If you have a ticket and cannot attend, go back to whoever you bought the ticket from to see if they can resell it via England Rugby.
Selling tickets through secondary market sites at inflated prices is against the RFU Terms and Conditions. The RFU ticket terms and conditions allow RFU Affiliated Clubs and Debenture Holders to sell allocated tickets for England internationals on the official Ticket Exchange only.
