Letter Of Authorisation
Tickets can be collected by someone else by either notifying the Ticket Office in advance of a change of name or with a letter of authorisation to be presented on event day.
The letter needs to be from the original purchaser and include their name, address, booking reference and the name of the person collecting the tickets.
The nominated person will be required to show photographic ID.
O2 Priority Collections
Tickets purchased through O2 Prioirty are non transferable and can only be collected on match days with photographic ID in line with the Term & Conditions of sale laid out by O2 Priority.
If you cannot attend in person we can cancel and refund your booking. To do this please use the Submit a Request function at the bottom of this article.
