Before requesting a duplicate/replacement:
Please check your booking confirmation. If you have an overseas address your tickets will be held here for event day collection; you may have opted to collect or requested a Print at Home ticket. All this information can be found by logging in and going to your account history.
Re-sending Print at Home tickets
Please log in to your account at www.englandrugby.com/tickets and go to My Account at the top right of the screen. From here go to Account History and select the item purchased relating to the match, at the bottom of the next screen click on the Resend Email. This will generate your Print at Home tickets.
If your tickets were purchased through the RFU and have been lost, stolen, damaged or not arrived by the Monday prior to the match please complete and submit the duplicate/replacement request form by clicking on the match name below:
