International tickets
It is against the Ticketing Terms and Conditions to list international rugby tickets on resale sites. Tickets that can no longer be used by the original purchaser can be returned in line with the following:
Ticket Exchange
If you have tickets for the Guinness Six Nations 2024 that you can no longer use and wish to place your ticket(s) on the Ticket Exchange you may POST your tickets online for resale up until the noon on the Wednesday preceding the event. Please log in to your account at www.englandrugby.com/tickets
Once logged in click on Manage Tickets:
From here please select the match:
Next select the ticket(s) you wish to recycle:
Next click on:
You will then be asked to review and confirm your order. You will receive an email to confirm that you have successful posted your ticket(s) on the Ticket Exchange.
Withdrawing from resale
If you wish to withdraw your ticket(s) that you have posted on the Ticket Exchange you can do so from Manage Tickets and choose the match click on Posted on Ticket Exchange:
Select the ticket(s) you wish to withdraw:
Once you have successfully withdrawn the ticket you will see:
You will also receive an email confirming that the ticket(s) have been removed from the Ticket Exchange and are valid for you to use.
Refunds
If your ticket(s) resell you will receive an email inviting you to claim your refund. This is done by clicking on View Account Menu, then Account Management and finally Account Cashback.
You are required to enter bank details for a UK account in order for any monies owing to be transferred to you via BACs. At this stage you will see the face value, we will add the profit manually to ensure you receive the correct amount at the end of the Series.
Important time lines
Profit sale: 28 September - 26 October 2023
Tickets that you can't use can be posted on the Ticket Exchange for resale at the standard price from Thursday 28 September at 10am until 4pm on Thursday 26 October. The profit will be returned to the club's eticketing account, or directly to the member's account if they have purchased via the Game Management Functionality (GMF).
Any tickets posted after 4pm on 26 October will be refunded at face value only.
Guaranteed refund posting from 26 October 2023
Wales tickets - tickets posted from 4.01pm on Thursday 26 October until Thursday 11 January at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.
Ireland tickets - tickets posted from 4.01pm on Thursday 26 October until Thursday 8 February 2024 at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.
Refund if resold
Wales tickets - tickets posted from 4.01pm on Thursday 11 January will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 10 February - 4.45pm
Ireland tickets - tickets posted from 4.01pm on Thursday 8 February 2024 will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 9 March - 4.45pm.
Tickets will remain available online until the match kicks off and refunds will be made at the price paid to the original purchaser's eticketing account.
Match day returns - tickets can be returned to the Ticket Office on match day up to an HOUR prior to kick off. If you are unable to attend the ground on match day, tickets can still be posted on the ticket exchange until KO. Any tickets that remain unsold at KO will be returned to the original purchasers app.
Please note, unsold tickets can be withdrawn from the ticket exchange at any point.
Non International Matches
The same RFU Terms and Conditions apply to non international matches. Tickets for these matches are only refunded at the discretion of the match promoter and no returns are accept on match day.

Concerts are covered by the Terms and Conditions of the music promoter and may vary. We recommend that you visit the artist's website for further information on this and the official resale platforms where applicable.
