Personal Assistant Scheme
In order to book accessible tickets you will first have to complete and submit a Personal Assistant Registration form. For further information on the PA Scheme please click here.
Activating your Account
Once you have received your PA code, if this is the first account you have had with us, you will need to activate it online. Please go to the Activate RFU Ticketing Account page on EnglandRugby.com/tickets
Enter the email address you have registered with and your surname to continue. Please complete the information as requested and create a password.
If you already had a ticketing account with us and we have just amended it to a PA account, you may not need to activate the account but can just sign in here:
Log in to my eticketing account
Once logged in, please click on the My Account icon, as below (circle with head &shoulders):
Here you should see your name and your PA client code, so you know you are logged in to your PA account.
Purchasing your Accessible Tickets
Now you should be able to see availability suitable for your accessibility requirements. On the top menu bar you will see Event Tickets, so click on that for a list of all matches we are selling tickets for. You can then select the match you wish to get tickets for (subject to availability & eligibility).
In the below examples, we are using a PA account set up for Wheelchair seats. If you are an Ambulant account, you will see Ambulant instead of Wheelchair in the wording used.
Choose My Seats Using the Interactive Seat Map(ISM)
In the box on the left you will need to put 1 in the box for Accessibility Wheelchair and 1 in the box for Personal Assistant*. This will then show you the blocks with available seats (darker blue) on the map on the right hand side of the screen:
* If your account has been set up for 2 Personal Assistants due to your medical/accessibility requirements, you will not be able to book online, so please contact us about your booking via Submit a Request
Once you select the block you want to sit in, you need to look for the appropriate seat by icon, as below:
Wheelchair Access:
Ambulant Access:
We recommend that you click on the plus sign, as indicated below by the red arrow, to make the seat map as large as possible, then click on the Accessible seat you want:
Once you click on the seat you must then always choose either the Accessible Wheelchair or Accessible Wheelchair Adult price (or Accessible Wheelchair Junior (15 and under), if applicable to your PA account and the game) for the first seat you select.
As of April 2023, for England games this seat is at no cost, and for non England games you will be charged for this ticket:
The interactive map will now indicate the adjacent matching Personal Assistant/Companion seats with the āCā icon. Please note, that the seat in between, indicated by the red arrow, is to ensure that wheelchair users have more space, (Ambulant seats will be next to each other, with no spaces). For further information please click here
Select the adjacent Companion seat(s) and add this to your order using the Personal Assistant price shown. This is free of charge.
You will now see you have 2 tickets in your basket and the countdown timer has begun (top right).
Additional Standard Tickets are shown on the interactive map and can be added to your order, subject to the event booking limit and availability/eligibility. You need to go to the Standard Seats tab, select how many you want and click the button to say "Seats Together". This will show you what blocks have seats available and you can try to get them in the same block as your PA seats, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you have held all the match tickets you want, you can click on the Shopping Basket icon to proceed to checkout OR click on Events List to go to the match and add the Accessible Parking.
Parking: If accessible parking is required, it can be purchased in addition to the match tickets, by using the Events List and finding the Parking section for the match. You should select the Tesco Car Park option, as this is the location we use for accessible parking, as it is on the flat from the stadium and only a 5 minute walk from the Gate D turnstiles.
