Non receipt of the verification email
Upon registering you will receive a verification email, if this does not arrive please check JunkMail and Spam folders. If you are still unable to locate it please contact the Debenture Team.
"Verify" link issues
If you have received the verification email and the embedded "verify" link is not working for you, you may find that this is an error caused by a corporate VPN. If you are trying to register from a corporate location, it is advised you come off your VPN and refresh the page. If the issues persists please contact the Debenture Team.
The data on my online portal is incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact the Debenture Team raising what is incorrect. We will be able to log this and make changes on your behalf.
Do I have to use the Online Portal to support the Covid-19 Debenture Donation Campaign?
We have tried to make the Online Portal easy to use however, we understand some people may prefer to support the Campaign by completing a paper form and returning this to the Debenture Team by email. If you would like to take part in the Campaign in this way, please contact the Debenture Team for instructions.
