Debentures entitle the holder to purchase one ticket per debenture held for all international matches governed by the RFU. This applies to all A++, A+ & A Grade matches.
Tickets must be paid for during the stipulated purchase windows, after which point seats not taken up will be released to the RFU Affiliated clubs via the Ticket Exchange. Should you wish to book after the window has closed we will endeavour to allocate your own seats, however this may not always be possible.
On B & C Grade matches we may be able to offer additional tickets, subject to availability, however we may not be able to allocate them with your debenture seats.

Non international Matches
Debenture Holders are not guaranteed the same seats for non-international matches. The RFU strives to secure the highest quality seats from the match promoters, however these allocations are made at their discretion and may be subject to shorter purchase windows than granted by the RFU for international fixtures.
Music & Other Events
As with non international matches Debenture Holders are not guaranteed the same seats. We do our best to secure a priority purchase window for our Debenture Holders which is usually only open for 24 hours. The promoter is entitled to set a ticket limit meaning that regardless of how many debentures you hold with us you may only have access to two concert tickets.
