Keeping you safe
We have been working closely with the government to ensure we comply with all guidance and that it is safe to welcome fans back to Twickenham Stadium. Please find below clarification of the terms we are using:
- Household grouping - people who live in the same house or flat, i.e. a family or non-related adults. Anyone in your support bubble is considered part of a household grouping;
- Support bubble - single adult households, i.e. adults who live alone or with dependent children only;
Why are bookings limited to household groupings?
Although the government guidelines state that “a group of up to 6 people from different households” can meet outdoors, they go on to state “premises should also take reasonable steps to help you do so in line with COVID-19 secure principles”. Once inside the seating bowl we cannot ensure that social distancing measures, which apply to 2 households meeting either indoors or outdoors, are enforced. We are, therefore, for the safety of our visitors only able to permit household groupings as defined above. Single seat bookings, where social distancing measures will be implemented, are available.
