All seat relocations are subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
If you require a reseat due to a recent medical diagnosis, injury or pregnancy and you have purchased standard tickets through the RFU, we would encourage you to:
- Contact your doctor or health care professional to ensure you are fit to attend the event at Twickenham Stadium. This is strongly advised as the RFU cannot provide medical advice;
- Please Submit a Request (see below) to the Ticketing Team to enquire if it is possible to change your ticket to a more accessible area before the event. Please note, you may be subject to additional fees and costs in order to transfer your ticket;
- If you are part of a larger group we will only swap two tickets.
