Twickenham Stadium has:
- 62 wheelchair bays in 3 separate raised, covered terraces that are accessible via lift;
- 214 accessible seats/bays in uncovered pitch side enclosures that can be used for both wheelchair users and ambulant customers with accessibility requirements;
- Accessible toilets at the exit of each pitch side area, accessed via RADAR key;
- Accessible toilets on all 3 wheelchair terraces, accessed via RADAR key;
- Hearing loop seats available throughout the stadium, with headsets linking audio description for the visually/hearing impaired;
- Complimentary ticket provision for assistance dogs is made, however the Ticket Office need to be made aware of this at application stage;
- Lowered counter provided at the Ticket Office and at dedicated bars.
We do not offer any wheelchair hire facility at Twickenham Stadium
Accessible Support Stewards and Accessible Support Booth
Twickenham Stadium has a team of Accessible Support Stewards(ASS) who are available to support guests with information, we also offer a wheelchair chaperone service, supporting ambulatory guests to their seats when at the turnstiles and throughout the stadium footprint. If you require the wheelchair chaperone service please contact enquiries@rfu.com in advance and we will make arrangements with you, or text HELP to 60886 on the event day and our team will support you.
An Accessible Support Booth is located in the North East corner adjacent to Gate D on Rugby Road where you can seek help from one of the ASS.
Audio Descriptive Commentary. Guests requiring Audio Descriptive Commentary can pick up a receiver on arrival at the stadium from either the ticketing office in the SE corner or the Accessible Support Booth in the NE corner. We do hold a large stock of these receivers for the use of major events, they cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Toilets
Changing Place Toilets.
A Mobiloo is available at the stadium during Rugby Events, located against the fence line in the North concourse opposite L12. The Mobiloo is manned and available to all guests who require it.
Accessible toilets
Twickenham Stadium has 70 wheelchair accessible toilets predominantly located throughout the ground level, wheelchair platforms and hospitality. These are all accessed by RADAR key. Should you require access please request assistance from a steward who will be able to provide access. Stewards are located across the concourse and within each vomitory. Ambulatory toilets can be found in the large toilet blocks throughout the stadium with priority access to those with disabilities.
