Demand for A++, A+ & A Grade international matches is extremely high and we therefore run a ticket ballot for our Access Card (formerly called the Personal Assistant (PA) membership) accessibility clients. For a full list of how matches are graded please type "grade" into the search bar.
To be eligible for the Access Ballot you need:
- to have registered with us through the Access Card scheme;
- hold a valid membership with either an RFU Affiliated Club or England Rugby First XV Supporters Club;
Entering the Access Card Accessible Ballot:
- At the start of each season or a few months prior to each series (Autumn Nations Series/Guinness Six Nations) an email will be sent to those with a valid Access Card account, notifying them of the details of the ballot. Please ensure that you have signed up to receiving emails from us, via the News Delivery Preferences section of your Account Details once logged in to your Access Card membership online.
- The Access Card Ballot for the Autumn Nations Series 2025 and the Guinness Six Nations 2026 games v Wales and Ireland, will open on 4 June 2025.
- Members will be asked to apply for the ballot on a webform via a link, supplying their details and proof of either their named membership of an RFU affiliated club or by supplying their FXV membership.
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified on a date yet to be confirmed.
- Unsuccessful applicants will automatically be placed on a waiting list for returns
Please note, Access Card members who are also in the FXV, can also apply for the FXV ballot, but if successful they will be charged for the tickets in the first instance. You can then contact us so we can look to swap the FXV ballot tickets for accessible seats and refund you the money paid, however please be aware that due to the high demand, we cannot guarantee we will be able to offer you a swap to accessible seating and you may need to go on a waitlist. If we cannot get you accessible seating, we will refund you for the FXV ballot tickets if you cannot use them.
Successful applicants
- successful applicants will receive two tickets (unless more than one carer/companion is required and allocated to your membership account, in order for the applicant to attend safely and comfortably) and a parking pass if needed.
- for balloted matches additional seats CANNOT be offered for friends and family
- if you cannot attend please inform the Ticketing Team ASAP, as we will reallocate your tickets to another Access Card member who was unsuccessful in the ballot, from the waitlist. Accessible tickets are non-transferable
