Upgrading Before Tickets Arrive
If you have made a booking but not received your tickets please use the Submit a Request function at the bottom of this article with your booking reference and we will be able to make the arrangements with you.
Upgrading Tickets Once Received
If you have received your tickets you will need to return them to the Ticketing Team by Special Delivery with a covering letter. Please ensure you include your booking reference and a day time phone number so that we can make the arrangements with you.

Upgrading Tickets On Match Days
Junior tickets can be upgraded to adult on match days. Please come to the Ticket Office where you can pay the difference, we are located at the south east corner of the stadium next to the Virgin Active Gym. Please allow yourself plenty of time as the you can expect to queue the closer we get to kick off.
