Yes you can upgrade a junior ticket. If you have made a booking but not received your tickets please complete the Contact Us form with your booking reference and we will be able to make the arrangements with you.
If you have received your tickets you need to return them to the Ticketing Team with a covering letter, including your booking reference. However in the week preceding an event we would advise you to come to the Ticket Office on the day and pay the difference. We are situated at the south east corner of the ground, next to the Virgin Active Gym.
