International Matches

Gates open approximately 3.5 hours prior to kick off, when Club House and Union Ale House Premium Debenture members have access to their exclusive facilities.  A large number of varied food and beverage outlets are located at various levels within the Stadium and in the British Airways West Fan Village.  

Non International Matches

Timings may vary on these events days depending on the match promoter and on other activities taking place throughout the day.  Please refer to the individual match pages that can be found in Event and Venue Information.

Music & Other Events

The stadium gates usually open at 4pm for concerts with the time that access to the seating bowl can be gained is dependent on the concert promoter.  In line with the terms of our safety licence issued by Richmond Borough Council all concerts conclude at 10:30pm.
