Due to the increased number of schools affiliated to the RFU we cannot longer allocate 2 or 4 tickets to each school who expresses an interest. The fairest way to issue the tickets is via a ballot.
Game Management System
All schools need to ensure that they have keep their details in line with the policy laid out by the Schools Department. If you have any queries relating to this please email them directly at firstname.lastname@example.org . Using this data we generate a Client Code which is included in the communications regarding the ballot information.
Activating your E-ticketing Account
Once a school has the above information they are advise to activate their account. Please click here to watch a video tutorial, please note that school codes are numerical.
The schools in membership are emailed with a link to the ballot. This data is pulled from GMS so if it is not kept up to date by the school may miss the opportunity to enter the ballot. Schools are asked to log into their e-ticketing account and apply for the ballot. Debit or credit card details need to be entered at the point of application or credit card, this does not have to be a school card and can be from the individual wishing to attend the match(es). If the application is successful the card(s) will be automatically debited and an email sent confirming the booking.
