Debenture Holders may gift or sell their tickets at face value to family, friends and colleagues, however the tickets remain their personal responsibility and any improper use or resale may lead to sanctions being made against the Debenture Holder.
It is against the Ticketing Terms and Conditions to list international rugby tickets on resale sites. Tickets that can no longer be used by the original purchaser can be returned in line with the following:
- Tickets for A++, A+ & A Grade matches can be returned for a full refund PROVIDING they are returned to the Ticket Office by the Wednesday prior to the match. Clubs and Debenture Holders may opt to place their tickets on the Ticket Exchange PROVIDING they are received by midday on the preceding Wednesday or request a refund.
- Tickets that are returned to the Ticket Office later than the Wednesday prior to the match will only be refunded if the tickets resell.
- Tickets for B & C Grade matches will only be refunded if resold regardless of the date the are returned.
- Tickets returned on match days are accepted until 1 hour prior to kick off and will only be refunded if resold, minus a £5 admin fee per ticket.

Non International Matches
The same RFU Terms and Conditions apply to non international matches. Tickets for these matches are only refunded at the discretion of the match promoter and no returns are accept on match day.
