Controlled Parking Zone

The Twickenham Event Day Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) is operated by the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Hounslow. The CPZ aims to ensure local parking is for residents and their visitors and to dissuade those attending the Stadium from parking in local streets.

The CPZ only applies on event days at the Stadium. The times of the CPZ may vary according to the start of the event.

On event days, warning signs will be displayed. All restrictions within the CPZ will be enforced and penalty charge notices will be issued to illegally parked vehicles. A map of the CPZ can be seen at www.richmond.gov.uk/parking.

Residents’ permits and visitors’ permits are free of charge.

Vehicles parked in the CPZ without a valid Resident/Visitor permit will receive a parking ticket and in some cases vehicles are removed.
