Car Park Management System
Our stadium is implementing a new Car Park Management System from Monday 18th November 2019. The new system will provide a safer and more secure non-event parking system and also a better customer journey for all users. The system will place the responsibility on the driver and will use an Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system to control all permit and payment parking.
Visitors and guests
- Authorised individual visitors and guests will be able to register their vehicles on arrival at Door A or at the Venue Operations Office.
- Museum, Tour, Hotel and Gym guests will be able to register for complimentary parking with tablets at these specific locations.
- Conference & Events groups will pre-register their requirements though a portal system managed by Twickenham Experience Limited, or they can register on the day.
Knowing where to park
In general the two car park available on non-event days will be the West Car Park (areas A, B & C), where parking is provided in marked bays only; and the North Car Park, where parking is provided on a bumper to rope system only. This may vary in the run up to event/match days. To view the map of the stadium parking please click here
All car parks will display their respective Terms & Conditions and Tariffs. Parking outside of these Terms & Conditions, even when car parks are full, may result in a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) being issued, the responsibility of which will lay with the driver.
Blue Badge parking
Please be aware that the above applies to blue badge permit holders.
