Please check that you have entered your details correctly on the eticketing Update Details page and that Mobile Ticket was selected as your chosen delivery method for the order.
If your mobile number on your eticketing account is incorrect, or does not match the one you have registered on the Twickenham Stadium App, please update it, then Submit a Request asking the ticketing team to reissue your tickets to the updated mobile number.
