If your mobile number on your eticketing account is incorrect, or does not match the one you have registered on the Allianz Stadium App, then your tickets will not arrive.
Please check that you have entered your details correctly on the England Rugby eticketing Update Details page, including the country for your mobile number (which must match). If you have changed your number since purchasing tickets, you must use the Submit Request link below, to advise us, so we can resend your tickets to the correct number.
Please allow 24 hours for the tickets to appear in your app before making contact, unless the match is the next day.
