As long as you log into the Twickenham Stadium App using the same name, mobile number and email address your tickets for upcoming events should appear on the My Tickets tab on your new device.

If you have changed your mobile number you will need to log into your eticketing account on EnglandRugby.com go to My Account at the top right of the screen. From here please click on Update Details as shown below:
We strongly recommend that you include the country code (i.e +44 for the UK). Once you have updated and saved your new number you can then log into the Twickenham Stadium App.
