As long as you log into the Allianz Stadium App using the same name, mobile number and email address as you used the very first time you registered, your tickets for upcoming events should appear on the My Tickets tab on your new device.

If you have changed your mobile number you will need to log into your eticketing account on EnglandRugby.com and click on the person icon:
From here please click on:
Then on Update Details:
We strongly recommend that you include the country code (i.e +44 for the UK).
Once you have updated and saved your new number you can then register on the Allianz Stadium App with your new mobile number. You may have to contact us to say you need your digital tickets moved from your old number to your new number. Please use Submit Request below.
