No ticket(s) received in app
Please check that you have entered your details correctly on the eticketing Your Details page. The mobile number registered on the app must match that registered on your ticketing account. If you find they are not correct or matching please amend the details. Once you have corrected and saved this information your ticket(s) will appear in the app.
