Here are the key dates for the England men's Autumn Nations Series 2024:
Profit sale 30 May 2024 - 20 June 2024
Tickets that you can't use can be posted on the Ticket Exchange for resale at the standard price from Thursday 30 May at 10am until 4pm on Thursday 20 June. The refund will be returned to the club's eticketing account.
Please note:
- Any tickets originally bought at the junior price category, will only be refunded at the price paid.
- England v Japan tickets will only be refunded if resold, and only at the price paid.
- Any tickets bought by club member's via the GMF process, the profit will be returned to the club's eticketing account and the face value will go to the original purchaser's account.
Guaranteed refund posting from 21 June 2024
New Zealand tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Friday 21 June until Wednesday 2 October 2024 at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.
Australia tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Friday 21 June until Wednesday 9 October 2024 at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.
South Africa tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Friday 21 June until Wednesday 16 October 2024 at 4pm are guaranteed to be refunded at the price paid.
Japan tickets - tickets will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Sunday 24 November 2024 – KO 4.10pm.
Refund if resold
New Zealand tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 3 October 2024 will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 2 November 2024 – KO 3.10pm.
Australia tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 10 October 2024 will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 9 November 2024 – KO 3.10pm.
South Africa tickets - tickets posted from 11am on Thursday 17 October 2024 will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Saturday 16 November 2024 – KO 5.40pm.
Japan tickets - tickets will only be refunded if resold by KO on match day, Sunday 24 November 2024 – KO 4.10pm.
Tickets will remain available online until the match kicks off and refunds will be made at the price paid to the original purchaser's eticketing account.
Match day returns - Tickets can still be posted on the ticket exchange until KO. Any tickets that remain unsold at KO will be returned to the original purchasers app.
Please note, unsold tickets can be withdrawn from the ticket exchange at any point.
Non England Men's International Matches
The same RFU Terms and Conditions apply to non England men's international matches. Tickets for these matches are only refunded at our discretion and of that of the match promoter. No returns are accepted on match day.
